Bequests

The Christ Child Society gratefully appreciates bequests. Planned giving is a great resource and creates a beautiful legacy.

A bequest is a gift made through a donor’s will and is the simplest and most common planned gift. Please contact your attorney and the Christ Child Society Director of Fundraising at 414-313-0232 to make arrangements or for more information.

In-Kind Donations

In addition to financial contributions, the Christ Child Society welcomes donations of goods and services that support our many programs. The following are suggested tangible items for boys or girls:

Donations of yarn are also greatly appreciated.

Any Christ Child Society member will gladly accept your donations or you can drop them off at our Resale Shop located in the Merrick Center at 4033 W. Good Hope Road, Milwaukee, WI 53209 during store hours. If you have an item to donate that is not listed above, contact the Merrick Center at 414-540-0489.

Matching Gifts

For charitable organizations and individual donors alike, matching gift programs are an excellent means of maximizing the benefit of charitable giving. For employees, finding such information is often as simple as contacting the human resources department.

Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift!
